In the Beginning
The UK's leading supplier of chiller products

Founded in the late 1980's ICS has grown to become the UK's leading supplier of chiller products and services to the industrial process cooling market with over 25,000 chiller systems designed and installed across a diverse range of customers and applications.

 
Expansion
ICS warehouse

Towards the end of the 1990's ICS moved to its new purpose built warehouse and administration facility in Hampshire, providing over 15,000 sq ft of storage and production space together with increased office accommodation. During this period the Company opened its own manufacturing plant in Alfreton, Derbyshire, called Flowcool and began offering bespoke cooling solutions to its customer base.

Industrial Cooling Services, the Company's service and maintenance division, was integrated into the Hampshire facility in 2002. This move improved communications throughout the company giving the benefit of much enhanced levels of customer service.

In July of 2005, national chiller distribution company, Cool Energy, merged with ICS to create the UK's largest supplier of industrial cooling equipment. ICS Cool Energy now employs 80 staff and has offices in New Milton, Birmingham, Alfreton, Bradford and East Kilbride in Scotland.
